Founded in 2017 by Lucy Jameson, Natalie Graeme and Nils Leonard, Uncommon Creative Studio is an advertising agency with offices in London, New York and Stockholm. Uncommon was founded in London in September 2017 by Lucy Jameson, Natalie Graeme, and Nils Leonard, making it the only majority female-founded creative company of its scale in the industry. Its debut outdoor campaign for British Airways won a Cannes Lions Grand Prix, and the studio went on to become the first agency to hold both Campaign's Creative Agency of the Year and Independent Agency of the Year titles in the same year, since expanding to New York and Stockholm with clients including ITV, The Guardian, WWF, and BrewDog.
